Founded in 1953 the Cidrerie de la Brique is a family business (3 generations) set in the heart of the Normandy Cotentin region. The present manager is Francis DUPONT, grandson of the founder. The company employs seven people.

We produce a traditional cider using fresh cider apples selected:

in the Cotentin,
non pasteurised,
100% pure juice.

The Cidrerie de la Brique has modern production equipment for manufacture as well as bottling.

We have the “Produced in Normandy” quality label issued by Irqua-Normandie (Institut Régional de la Qualité Agroalimentaire de Normandie) since 2004. The Gourmandie label (a contraction of Gourmande and Normandie) is issued to Norman companies according to three criteria:

The product quality and the company’s quality system
The product flavour

Since 1997 we have won medals eight times in the Paris General Agricultural Competition
